Why this page is empty (for now)
Settings advice is only as good as the testing behind it. Recommending graphics presets, sensitivity values or audio mixes for a game nobody outside the studio has played is how recycled garbage spreads across launch week. So this page ships as a skeleton with the confirmed facts, and the tested guide lands after October 23, 2026.
What is already confirmed
- PC Enhanced FOV: an expanded field-of-view option, part of the Ballistic Authority overhaul. The full gunplay and rendering changes.
- DoF rework: depth of field has been redone, which changes how motion clarity settings will behave.
- Texture streaming: multiplayer and DMZ stream textures, so drive speed and connection quality matter alongside raw GPU power. Confirmed PC requirements so far.
What gets tested at launch
The guide that replaces this skeleton will cover, with the patch it was measured on:
- Graphics presets per GPU tier, and which settings cost the most frames
- PC FOV values and what the Enhanced FOV range actually is
- Controller sensitivity and response curve starting points, ADS multipliers included
- Audio: the mix settings that make footsteps readable
- Frame rate caps and VRR behavior on both console generations of display
Until then, the troubleshooting page covers the connection and account problems that get mistaken for settings issues, and the launch requirements list what your machine must have before tuning starts.
